Relationships exist in most everything we do, and to feel disconnected or be emotionally or physically rejected in a primary relationship, can play havoc with our health and well-being in general, as we move through the mourning and grief of the relationship as it was, to what it is.
It can be hard to see the way past the pain, and I can provide support through the changes in communication, dealing with the grief and loss, and hold the space as you explore your next steps.
Grief, communication and creativity are the three aspects close to my heart, and dealing with the beginnings, during, and endings, in all your personal and interpersonal relationships is my speciality.
A series of one-to-one coaching sessions, or attending small group courses, held both online and in person, can be so very useful in expanding yourself to create new outcomes in those relationships that mean a lot to you, especially the one you have with yourself.
Through my own experiential understandings, and an extensive portfolio of trainings and immersions into a wide range of healing modalities, I use all my wisdom and skill to support you through the journey to where you want to go.
From exploring how to use communication skills to assist connection and expansion in relationships, through to dealing with breakdown and support through a conscious uncoupling if that’s what’s wanted, dealing with rejection and estrangement, and optimising the potential for relationship restoration, through to the creative, intuitive exploration of what you truly love and want in your life.
